Concealer that really conceals
If you want a concealer that will cover under eye circles and puffiness, your definitely on to a great one from Note,I have eye puffiness from sinusitis,and when I say this magically concealed the puffiness and circles it really did without making it obvious I had concealer on(as some concealers only highlight the problem areas) it blended so well with the note foundation and gave a flawless eye look.

Love this concealer to get rid of dark circles. It’s not too heavy but good coverage. I got the lightest shade to really brighten up my under eye area.
