Your payment card will be charged when the product ships to you. The first charge for the first shipment usually occurs up to 1-2 days after you place your order. Subsequent charges are in line with the delivery frequency you selected and charged when the product is shipped.
Yes, You will be receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being shipped from our warehouse, along with any tracking information.
Yes, you can make changes to your subscription through the Account section:
• Update your delivery address
• Update your payment details
• Delay your next shipment date by up to two consecutive months
• Pause or Cancel your subscription
You can delay your next subscription order in the Account section. You can delay your order a maximum of two consecutive months at a time; each delay lasts for 1 month and can only be done up to 5 days before your next billing date.
Delays can also be cancelled, but only up to 5 days before your next billing date. You can cancel a subscription up to midnight the day before your next billing date, which will result in both the subscription being cancelled and prevent you from receiving any future subscription deliveries.
Of course, but by choosing the Subscribe & Save option, you can lock in savings and won't ever have to worry about running out of Note Cosmetics products, as the product will be shipped automatically at the frequency you requested.
